Office Administrator Role Overview
As the Office Administrator, you will be working as part of a small team and will be responsible of overseeing the day to day administration to ensure the smooth running of the office. This is a busy role and requires someone who is effective and can work at speed.
Office Administrator Responsibilities:
*Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters
*Dealing with enquiries and complaints effectively
*Assist with quotations and processing invoices.
*Scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and handling correspondence
*Providing administrative support to the wider teams, training new members of staff
*Managing inboxes, databases, and ensure spreadsheets are kept up to date
Office Administrator Experience Required
*Excellent written and verbal communications
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
*Strong typing and IT Skills
*The ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
*Excellent organisation skills
