Job Description:
We are currently working with an established insolvency boutique in North London looking to hire a Senior Insolvency Administrator to join their growing team. The firm has seen sustained growth over the past few years have continued to move up in the national rankings.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on a varied case portfolio, including trading administrations.
Please only apply if you have previous insolvency experience.
They offer support for professional qualifications (CPI, ACA/ACCA & JIEB). They can also consider paying your clawback costs with your current employer.
Main Responsibilities
*Managing your own portfolio of cases which will include corporate insolvency assignments.
*To open a case and manage it from start to finish.
*Maintain fully accurate case files, ensuring they meet with statutory requirements.
*Effective communication with a range of stakeholders (internal & external) creditors, debtors, directors, solicitors and other professionals.
*Investigation into and reporting on the conduct of directors and the reasons for failure
*To correspond with creditors, debtors, directors, solicitors, and other professionals.
