Salary & Benefits Package
*Base Salary package - £25,000 - £28,000
*OTE £40,000 +
*Uncapped Commission, generous structure (15% - 50% of banked income)
*Quarterly Bonus & Monthly Car Allowance
*Full Admin Support from sign-up to case completion
*Additional Commission after referrals to estate agency, lettings, conveyancing, and surveyors
*Structured Career Progression with promotion opportunities
Key Responsibilities
*Collaborate effectively with estate agency teams to promote mortgage and financial services
*Deliver the highest standard of customer advice and care
*Convert booked appointments into successful business outcomes
*Follow up on missed opportunities and maintain ongoing customer contact
*Ensure adherence to sales structures, compliance, and quality guidance
*Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
You will be provided
*Full training & ongoing support, coaching and development to help you succeed
*Opportunities to progress within your role and the company
*Be part of a very busy and highly successful team
*Consistent high number of appointments booked directly into your diary
You will need
*Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
*Sales and/or customer services experience
*A resilient, goal orientated and outgoing personality
*The drive and want to succeed
