Job Description:
My client, an industry leader in the procurement and supply chain sector, is looking for a highly skilled ERP Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This permanent role is key to optimizing the company’s supply chain processes through efficient ERP system administration, configuration control, and continuous improvements. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the Head of Supply Chain and Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) for ongoing and new projects.
*Handle the Engineering Change Request/Notification process (ECR/ECN).
*Create and manage new part numbers.
*Raise and manage production orders, including adjustments and closures.
*Maintain master data in the Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) system.
*Perform mass system updates for various changes.
*Provide system support for the Supply Chain & Planning team.
Job Requirements:
*Experience in BOM management and configuration control.
*Familiarity with ERP systems like Sage, Infor LN, or SAP.
*Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
*Excellent data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
*Flexibility to work outside office hours when needed.
Additional Information:
*This role requires on-site work at MTC; remote or hybrid options are not available.
*Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Purchasing, and Stores teams.
