What’s involved?
*As a Temporary Head Chef for our client you will be expected to manage the kitchen assistants and run the operations whilst cooking residents a creative, delicious meal.
You will need:
*An Enhanced DBS certificate that has been issued within the last 3 years
*Up-to-date Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
*Up to date Food Allergen Certificate
*IDDSI training
*Modified diets are required so knowledge and experience preparing these is required
