*1 year’s sales experience (Can be B2C but B2B is preferred)

*Market mapping.
*Telephoning/meeting candidates and clients, looking to develop professional relationships.
*Sourcing talent and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
*Headhunting, chasing referrals, writing job adverts, utilising internal database and networking.
*Working on behalf of candidates and clients.
