Job Description:
My client is an established and highly regarded Cleaning company working with many of the UK’s top brands / organisations. Due to growth and an internal move they are currently looking for an experienced Cleaning Manager to join their established North West team with many clients in and around the Manchester area - duties will include:
*Managing and oversight of 30-35 cleaning contracts predominantly in the North West of England
*Contracts vary from offices to well known retail units
*Responsible for recruitment and management of staff
*Acting as the main point of contact for client communication and ensuring that a strong relationship is maintained.
*Overseeing the quality of cleaning and identifying areas for improvement
*Overseeing due diligence and ensuring contracts are managed within agreed terms
*Ordering cleaning materials and uniforms
*Regional budgetary control
*Overseeing payroll for cleaning operatives in your region.
Applicants must possess previous management experience in the cleaning sector with the ability to ensure expected standards are maintained. You will be able to motivate an established team of cleaning operatives as well as act as the point of contact for for clients in your region. Excellent communication skills are key along with good PC and administrative skills and a good eye for detail.
This is a great opportunity to join a respected, national Cleaning company, running an already established and successful area. My client offers a generous 6 monthly bonus, enhanced overtime rates, and all travel expenses paid along with opportunities for career development.
