Workiva Implementation Manager
Freelance / Fixed Term Contract - Open salary / rate

We are working with an award winning, sustainability consultancy who work with some of the worlds most high profile brands. They offer strategy and reporting through to communications, PR and content for a diverse client roster, and focus on sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility ( CSR ).
The agency is well established and has built a reputation based around its strategical approach, high quality output and the emphasis is places on truly understanding the clients who they work with and their goals with regards to Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility .
We are seeking an experienced Workiva Implementation Specialist to support clients in setting up and integrating their Workiva platform for ESG and CSRD compliance. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Account Direction and Analysis team, managing both new and existing client implementations to ensure seamless onboarding and configuration to the Workiva Platform.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Workiva platform, aligning with client-specific ESG and CSRD requirements.
*Collaborate with internal teams and clients to configure workflows, data integration, and reporting frameworks.
*Provide guidance on best practices for platform utilisation, ensuring clients maximize the value of Workiva’s capabilities.
Requirements
*Fluency with the Workiva platform.
*Workiva Certification, ideally having work with the ESG part of the platform and the CSRD module.
*Proven experience in implementing Workiva solutions, with a focus on sustainability reporting and compliance.
*Strong communications skills to help deliver projects and comfortable in a client facing capacity in terms of being on calls to support Account Directors.
*The ability to manage timelines and work to deadlines to deliver tasks effectively.
