Job Description:
Rota AdministratorOverview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Rota Administrator to join a friendly team in York. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational rotas are filled across multiple services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in rota coordination and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits *Salary £23,000 per annum
*37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00)

Responsibilities *Act as the main point of contact for rota queries and communication
*Coordinate new starter inductions and maintain effective relationships with all staff
*Work proactively to ensure the rotas are filled across all services
*Identify workforce gaps and act on planned and unplanned absence to ensure service delivery is maintained
*Contribute to the maintenance of staff compliance records and ensure accurate and up to date records of annual leave and absence are recorded
*Provide rota reporting on request and work as part of a team within the rota function and Operational Services Team
Qualifications *Experience in rota coordination for a minimum of 1 year
*Knowledge and experience in rotas and compliance
*Excellent communication skills and IT skills including outlook, word, and excel
Day-to-day *Prioritize own workload effectively
*Multi-task and work independently
*Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
*Manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
