Job Description:
As the Head of Risk Benefits, you will lead the proposition, growth, and profitability of Risk Benefits within Health & Benefits GB. Reporting to the Head of Large Corporate.
The Role:
*Apply commercial acumen to effectively manage and grow the Risk Benefits community.
*Identify and drive cross-sell opportunities across geographies, business lines, and segments, while creating campaigns to support revenue growth.
*Represent Risk Benefits in client-facing activities, including sales opportunities, RFPs, new business pitches, and prospect meetings.
*Share expertise through mentoring, training sessions, and team collaborations to foster professional development and knowledge exchange.
*Contribute to thought leadership through articles, case studies, market insights, and intellectual property development in the People Risk and Benefits space.
*Collaborate with colleagues across the Health & Benefits line and the wider organization to strengthen internal and external networks.
*Refine and promote the Risk Benefits Value Proposition, focusing on innovative consulting solutions and unique selling points (USPs).
*Partner with leadership to achieve strategic goals, financial metrics, and growth targets for the Health & Benefits GB segment.
*Manage and support Risk Benefit teams, guiding strategy for both Large Corporate and Mid-Market clients while aligning with regional broking objectives.
*Build and maintain a strong market presence, representing WTW on industry bodies and fostering relationships with key partners.
*Lead carrier relationships in the Risk Benefits space, acting as a subject matter expert to develop future client solutions and partnerships.
*Support strategic initiatives, including global financing options, pricing models, and data-driven projects.
