Job Description:
Are you passionate about Computer Science and eager to make a real difference in young lives? We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join our team at a specialist Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) secondary school in Liverpool. This is a fixed-term maternity cover position starting in March 2025.

As a Computer Science Teacher, you will: *Deliver engaging and accessible lessons to students aged 11-16.
*Adapt teaching methods to support students with SEMH needs.
*Foster a supportive classroom environment, promoting positive behavior and emotional well-being.
*Work collaboratively with our dedicated staff team to develop individual education plans (IEPs).
*Inspire students to develop their digital literacy and programming skills.
As a Computer Science Teacher, you will have: *Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
*Specialization in Computer Science or a related subject.
*Experience (or willingness to work) with students with SEMH needs.
*Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
*Passion, patience, and creativity to engage and motivate learners.
