Corporate Finance Analyst
Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 based on experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a recently qualified accountant to join a leading real estate investment firm. This role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic Corporate Finance Team based in London. What you’ll do:
*Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement.
*Review management accounts for corporate UK and European entities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
*Manage monthly AUM reporting and provide investor analysis.
*Prepare monthly cash flow analysis of management entities.
*Maintain and develop forecast models.
*Prepare and review annual statutory financial statements for UK and European entities.
*Supervise service providers such as external bookkeepers, accountants, tax advisors, and auditors.
*Manage and process monthly payroll.
*Produce technical accounting memos and provide analysis.
What you bring:
As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you bring a wealth of knowledge from your recent qualification as an accountant. With at least 3 years of experience in an audit or financial reporting-focused role under your belt, you are adept at financial modelling and data analysis. Your excellent report writing skills enable you to confidently liaise with various stakeholders. Your understanding of double entry showcases your interest in accountancy. You are diligent, efficient, organised, and pay attention to detail on all tasks.
*Recently qualified accountant with at least 3 years of experience in an audit or financial reporting-focused role.
*Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
*Relevant University degree.
*Excellent report writing skills with the ability to confidently liaise with a range of stakeholders.
*Understanding of double entry and an interest in accountancy.
*Diligent, efficient, organised, with attention to detail on all tasks.
*Desire to learn, enthusiastic and dependable with a strong work ethic.
*Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
