Alchemy is looking for a Senior Relocation Business Development Manager for a rapidly expanding UK-based company. This client is committed to providing outstanding relocation services, and the Senior Manager will be crucial to growing the company and boosting income in the relocation industry.The Senior Relocation Business Development Manager, who will be based in the company’s London office, will work closely with internal teams and spearhead business development projects meant to expand and oversee client relationships for corporate relocation. Role Responsibilities
*While aggressively seeking new business prospects through a variety of channels, such as cold calling, emails, industry events, and networking, cultivate and preserve lasting connections with current clients.
*Develop and carry out marketing campaigns and strategic account plans to promote customer satisfaction and business expansion.
*Oversee and manage the expansion of current accounts, looking for ways to grow along with making sure that client needs are met.
*Establish and manage a pipeline of possible clients, making sure that each one is located, given a priority, and contacted.
*Work together with cross-functional teams to make sure that the business’s resources and customer demands are in line.
*To guarantee prompt resolution, evaluate client needs and effectively convey these findings to the appropriate internal teams.
*To resolve customer concerns and build enduring relationships, collaborate closely with internal teams like reservations, account management, and guest services.
*Enhance the company’s reputation in the relocation sector by working together with marketing to collaborate on thought leadership content.
*Verify that internal procedures and client interactions adhere to the established business rules, such as operational workflows, contractual terms, and standards for customer engagement.
*Act as a liaison to guarantee that client expectations are consistently met by service delivery.
*Reach and surpass performance goals for client satisfaction and business development on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
*Maintain steady growth and high client satisfaction levels by routinely reviewing progress and making the required modifications.
*Work with internal technical teams to develop creative solutions, such as AI-driven technologies, to understand and address the technological challenges of your clients.
*Manage the onboarding process for new customers and engage with various stakeholders to strengthen ties, especially with moving companies.
*Oversee the prompt invoice collection process and make sure KPIs and SLAs are regularly fulfilled.
Role Requirements
*Five years or more of sales and account management expertise in the relocation sector, along with a track record of growing business and acquiring new clients.
*Strong ability to provide customised solutions and a thorough understanding of relocation services and client needs.
*Expertise in growing income in the relocation industry and overseeing a pipeline of potential customers.
*Outstanding interpersonal skills and a focus on customer service.
*Strong teamwork abilities, including the capacity to collaborate with internal teams across functional boundaries to accomplish organisational objectives.
*Demonstrated capacity to reach and surpass performance goals and KPIs.
*Proven capacity to oversee and carry out marketing campaigns and strategic account planning.
*It is advantageous to be aware of the latest technology developments in the relocation sector.
