An Office Administrator / Manager is required for our client based in Sevenoaks. This role will require an organised and motivated individual to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Description
*Manage daily office operations
*Support the team with administrative and secretarial tasks
*Coordinate and organise meetings
*Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations
*Maintain records and databases
*Handle correspondence and queries
*Sending estimates to clients
*Support in the preparation of reports and presentations
*Oversee the maintenance of office facilities
Profile
A successful Office Administrator / Manager should have:

*Strong organisational and planning skills
