Role Overview
This HGV Technician position offers an opportunity to use your skills repairing and maintaining a mixed fleet of new and nearly new HGV vehicles and Trailers using all the latest diagnostic tools and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
*Perform thorough diagnostic tests, ensuring all vehicles meet regulatory standards
*Diagnose and repair faults efficiently, using advanced diagnostic equipment
*Keep meticulous records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance
*Maintain a safe, organised work environment, adhering to all safety standards
*Deliver excellent customer service, building strong client relationships and promptly addressing needs
Qualifications and Experience Needed:
*Fully qualified HGV Technician or HGV Mechanic
*At least 3 years’ experience maintaining, diagnosing and repairing faults with HGV vehicles.
*Skilled communicator who works well independently and, in a team.
*Vehicle mechanics with experience in diagnostics and repairs are also welcome to apply.
