Job Description:
As a Brand Manager, you will join the entrepreneurial brand and insights team and play a pivotal role in growing the brand, helping to grow market share and brand equity.

My client is an iconic brand in the FMCG space, and a leading player in it’s category
Description
*Lead the growth strategy for a number of categories with a focus on activation and partnerships, renovation and innovation
*Own the performance of the portfolio, working closely with insights and category teams on performance and drivers
*Recommending interventions & ensuring actionable insights are fed back
*Responsible for strategy, evaluating product ranges, propose strategic skus and lead continual improvement and new product development projects
*Lead the innovation strategy and pipeline across packaging and product.
*Develop communications plans with a focus on partnerships, PR, and experiential.
*You will also partner with the head of social and digital and the shopper marketing teams
Profile
*Strong brand management experience within a FMCG environment
*Experience building brand strategy and campaigns
*Understanding of leveraging data to identify performance drivers and recommend ations
*Strong communicator, and experience of working cross functionally
Job Offer
*Competitive salary up to £60,000 pa
