Job Description:
Customer Service Administrator
Office based - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Didcot/Newbury

They pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and creating lasting relationships with their customer base. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their friendly and growing customer service team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Dealing with telephone & e-mail queries and working within the agreed service level to respond to customer needs.
*Investigate & understand customer job-related queries
*Provide support to the customers throughout the claim, giving prompt and accurate advice.
*Support with logistical operations, for example arranging delivery and collection appointments
*Support with setting up new claims on internal systems.
*Prioritising and organising your workload to ensure deadlines are adhered to.
*Updating and amending documents as necessary.
*Undertaking any ad hoc administrative tasks from all areas of the business.
*Updating customer database.
*Carrying out customer satisfaction calls and logging feedback.
*Taking ownership of your own caseload, managing the claim from beginning to end, using in-house systems and regular project meetings to review progression.
*Learning to create quotations and reports.
*Work towards your own personal targets and continued career development.
*Attending external conferences and exhibitions where neccessary
*Manage the collection and processing of excess payments.
To be suitable for the role, you must have the following abilities:
*Team player
*Good communication skills- verbal and written
*GCSE English / Mathematics
*Knowledge of Microsoft packages - Outlook, Word, Excel + PowerPoint
*Able to cope under pressure and multi-task
*Ability to follow processes accurately and in a timely manner
*Ability to manage own workload
