*Experience: A background in Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain (specifically as a Warehouse Planner).
*Analytical Skills: Confidence in using data to forecast and plan effectively.
*Technical Know-How: Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with planning or inventory management software.
*Problem-Solving Ability: The initiative to identify and resolve issues before they impact the operation.
