Fram and a working with a respected discretionary wealth manager, who is currently seeking a Financial Planning Administrator. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with Advisers, Paraplanners, and the Head of Planning to ensure compliance standards are met and exceptional client service is provided. As a key team member,  responsibilities will involve assisting in preparing recommendations, producing suitability reports, consumer duty obligations, and efficiently managing client records. 
  
Key Responsibilities:  
*Assistant in the administration of client profiles and financial planning products and services through Onboarding new client’s data and documents
*Obtain information, quotes, illustrations and produce details to provide comparisons for analysis
*Providing clients and/or their advisers with information and report about their portfolios along with other financial planning products and services.
*Working closely with the financial planner you will discuss the client’s objectives, identifying and obtain the necessary information to compile the financial report
*Assistant with general client enquires ad-hoc request, processing client applicants and contributions
*Record client related communication, written oral or electronic including the client related communication with third parties. 
  
The ideal candidate will have experience of IFA administration being able to analyse complex information along with knowledge of the FCA.  Should be highly organised, with the ability to adapt and use own initiative to work proactively along with good attention to detail and proven accuracy skills. A diploma in Paraplanning, Regulated Financial Planning or working towards this qualification would be preferred. Experience in using Microsoft Office Applications (Intermediate level) – knowledge of Intelligent Office, iress Exchange and Objectway is desirable.
