Job Description:
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Manager on a 6 month FTC basis to lead, manage, and develop the key Food & Beverage category spend areas within the business, based in Central London.

Description
Key responsibilities include:
*Develop and implement strategic procurement and supply chain processes.
*Lead, manage, and mentor a team to achieve departmental objectives.
*Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
*Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure best value.
*Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
*Oversee the risk management of the supply chain.
*Manage budget and cost within the department.
*Stay up-to-date with market trends and apply them to procurement strategies.
Profile
The successful candidate would have:
*Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the FMCG Food industry.
*Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
*A solid understanding of procurement and supply chain management processes.
*Excellent communication and team management skills.
*Proficient knowledge of market research, data analysis and purchasing best practices.
*ASAP start.
