About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development and execution of personalised, insight-driven marketing campaigns that empower our customers to make informed health choices. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engagement strategies into the broader business, leveraging data to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute retention, cross-sell, upsell, and renewal campaigns to maximise ROI.
*Create innovative customer journeys with dynamic content tailored to target audiences.
*Lead data-driven strategies, working closely with Analytics and Actuarial teams to inform and evaluate campaigns.
*Collaborate with Product, Sales, Client Management, and Operations teams to align strategies with business objectives.
*Manage external agencies and optimise budgets across digital and traditional channels.
*Monitor and report on campaign performance to demonstrate business impact.
About You:
*Commercially driven with strong numerical skills and CRM expertise.
*Deep understanding of loyalty, CRM strategy, and best practices like A/B testing and engagement modelling.
*Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
*A creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills.
*Highly experienced with transactional customer databases and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua).
Key Requirements:
*7+ years’ experience in customer engagement and in-life targeted marketing.
*Expertise in database marketing, analytics collaboration, and performance measurement against KPIs.
*Strong track record in developing targeting tools, segmentation strategies, and attribution models.
