We are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive for a client based in Redhill.
Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:
*Responding to customer queries promptly and accurately across multiple channels
*Upselling when possible
*Providing information about products
*Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data entry
The ideal Customer Service Executive Requirements:
*Proven experience providing outstanding customer service
*A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills
*Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
*Tech-savvy and comfortable using customer service systems or software
