Financial Planning Administrator
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (depending on experience)
About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated Financial Planning Administrator to join our well-established and esteemed firm of financial planning consultants, based in the heart of the City of London. We have a wealth of experience in personal and corporate financial planning. Our ethos is rooted in providing a high-quality, superior service to each of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting one of our Practice Principles with day-to-day business administration, ensuring smooth operations with the firm.
This is an ideal role for someone with strong administrative experience who is looking for a position where they can take full ownership of their responsibilities. Industry experience is beneficial, but more importantly, we are seeking someone with a ’can-do’ attitude and a passion for supporting others in an administrative capacity.
Responsibilities:
*Facilitating the efficient processing of new and existing business
*Processing financial transactions and investments with minimal supervision
*Monitoring workflow to ensure high standards are maintained and deadlines are met
*Maintaining the internal CRM database and upkeeping transactional records
*Preparing Annual Review and Suitability Reports
*Perform basic mathematical calculations
*Proactively auditing and reviewing client files
*Liaising directly with clients and their financial advisors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*IT literate; proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
*Previous administrative experience.
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Ability to prioritise workload and multitask effectively.
*Attention to detail and confidence in using the telephone.
*Problem-solving abilities with a proactive attitude.
*Adaptability to changes in systems and processes.
*Willingness to learn.
*A genuine desire to help others.
