Technical Sales Advisor
Location: Outskirts of Chessington
Salary: £22,500 basic, OTE £55,000-£60,000

Role responsibilities
As a Technical Sales Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a seamless customer journey, from initial enquiry to project handover.
Key responsibilities include:
*Conducting precise measurements at client properties for bespoke projects
*Providing tailored advice and recommendations on products to meet client needs
*Preparing detailed and accurate quotes
*Following up with customers post-quotation to address queries and secure sales
*Handling customer enquiries via email and in person, ensuring a high standard of service
*Collaborating with the Branch Manager and Installation teams for smooth project handovers
*Keeping meticulous records of site visits, customer interactions, and sales opportunities
Skills and experience required
Essential:
*A valid, clean driving licence (due to regular travel to client sites)
*Proven experience in sales, with a strong customer focus
*Exceptional attention to detail and practical measurement skills
*Strong organisational and time-management abilities
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Proficiency in IT systems
Desirable:
*Background in home improvements, construction, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
