Job Description:
Job Title: National Sales Manager – Industrial
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and motivate the Industrial sales team with full P&L responsibility to achieve budgeted sales and net profit targets.
*Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in the Industrial sector.
*Manage and guide the team to meet business goals through strategic planning, goal setting, and performance measurement.
*Collaborate with Marketing & Technical teams to enhance product range and market differentiation.
*Foster team development by coaching and promoting technical and commercial skills for sustainable success.
*Support broader business activities in alignment with the company’s mission and values.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in the Industrial lubricants sector, with expertise in B2B sales of premium products.
*Strong leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
*Competent in strategic planning, data analysis, and business growth initiatives.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales software, with strong numerical and communication skills.

*Internal: All departments
*External: Customers, suppliers, and external agencies
