Monthly bonus of up to £507 (£6,084 a year)
Hybrid working
33 days holiday (including public holidays) – rising to 36 with additional service

Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a Lantern, at their contact centre in Leeds City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic team, committed to providing affordable debt payment solutions.
Key Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:
*Provide empathetic customer service to vulnerable customers
*Assist customers with their financial queries, ensuring a high level of accuracy and efficiency
*Update customer records accurately on the internal CRM systems
*Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements, handling sensitive and confidential information
*Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department targets and KPIs
Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
*Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre is desirable
*Be a great listener
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
*Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
