Job Description:
Customer Service Executive
Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:30 PM 
£23,000-£25,000 per annum
As a customer service executive, you will be responsible for:
*Providing exceptional customer service to each individual customer
*Handling escalated customer complaints and resolving them in a timely and professional manner
*Developing and implementing customer service policies, procedures, and standards
*Training and coaching new and existing staff on best practices and customer service skills
*Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the team and providing feedback and guidance
*Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
*Reporting on customer service metrics and trends
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or a related field

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a customer service executive or a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Strong leadership and management skills

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

A positive and customer-oriented attitude
