Media Sales Executive - B2B Advertising & Events
Central London Office - Hybrid working 3 days in the office each week
Base salary £30,000 + Uncapped Commission, Year one OTE £45K + Benefits
This Media Sales Executive role is a hybrid sales position with three days in-office at our central London HQ. The starting salary is £30,000 plus OTE and company benefits.
Around 1 year in advertising or media sales solution sales is required.
What will you be doing?
*Selling advertising and media solutions across digital, e-marketing and events to existing and new clients. Supporting clients to reach the right audience in the right way.
*The opportunity to be creative with your selling skills to grow existing client relationships.
*Build rewarding and long lasting client relationships.
*Continuously develop your knowledge of the sector and expand your network, stay ahead of the trends.
*Selling solutions over the phone, in person and via video call. Also, you will be able to attend industry events.

Who are you?
*A bright, ambitious and confident advertising sales professional with around 1 year of experience.
*An excellent communicator; whether it’s with clients, colleagues or industry professionals.
*A proven track record selling advertising solutions over the phone, face-to-face and via video call.
*You are resilient, target-driven, and self-motivated. You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and consistently exceed expectations
*You are tenacious, persistent and embrace challenges. You have a creative problem-solving mindset.
*A desire to help foster a positive, collaborative culture, supporting one another to achieve great things.
*You have excellent time management and organisational skills, making sure no opportunity is missed.
*Able to work as part of a team and independently
*Comfortable working to deadlines and KPIs
