Job Description:
Monday - Friday
9 am - 5:30 pm
£30,000-£35,000 per annum
Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role as a PA/Office Manager? Do you have excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills? If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!
As a PA/Office Manager, your duties will include:
- Managing diaries, schedules and appointments for senior managers
- Booking travel arrangements and organising meetings and events
- Handling correspondence, phone calls and emails on behalf of senior managers
- Preparing reports, presentations and documents
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff members
- Supervising and training administrative staff
- Ordering office supplies and equipment
- Maintaining office policies and procedures
- Ensuring health and safety and security standards are met
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a PA/Office Manager or a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office and other software applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Discretion and confidentiality
