Property Accounts Assistant
North West London
£32,000-£36,000
Our client is a leading property consultancy based in North West London who are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to become part of their small, close knit accounting team and assist in respect of service charges, rental income and accounts payable.
Candidates applying should have 1-2 years experience in a similar role with a working knowledge of Qube or QuickBooks.
Duties will include;
* Assisting with the production of annual service charge statements
* Completing daily input of rental income
* Issuing of sales invoices for lettings, management fees and other income
* Ensuring that all monies received and expended on behalf of company clients are accounted for
* Use of Qube / QuickBooks on a daily basis
* Liaising with leaseholders and clients regarding service charge and rental accounting queries
This position would suit an Accounts Assistant or part qualified Accountant seeking a role within the lucrative property industry.
