In this role as Sales Negotiator responsibilities will include:
*Day-to-day management of buyers
*Generating and conducting viewings
*Obtaining and negotiating offers on properties to close property sales
*Working with the Director on property valuations
*Enjoying the substantial rewards of the many successful property sales at this office
What we are looking for:
*Candidates should have estate agency experience as a Sales Negotiator
*Someone who is motivated and keen to provide an exceptional customer journey from first contact through to successful property sale/purchase
*The ability to build strong professional relationships with buyers and clients
*Excellent communication skills
*You must have a UK driving licence and you will need your own car, a good car allowance will be provided
*Local knowledge of the Guildford area would be an advantage but is not essential
