Due to expansion our client is seeking a dedicated Graduate Customer Agent who can effectively build strong client relationships, meet targets, and contributing to a high-performing sales team, ensuring a seamless delivery of services.
We are looking for a proactive individual who is customer-centric, has strong organisational skills, and can effectively manage multiple client relationships. If you are a motivated team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead Generation: Utilise tools like LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify and engage potential clients for services such as same-day courier, multi-drop delivery, haulage, white-glove delivery, and international shipping.
*Client Engagement: Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
*Sales Pipeline Management: Use CRM systems to track all sales activities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
*Quoting & Negotiation: Prepare competitive quotes and close deals with confidence.
*Post-Delivery Follow-Up: Connect with clients after successful deliveries to gather feedback and identify opportunities for further collaboration.
*Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and spot new opportunities.
*Collaboration: Partner with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and leverage insights for improved sales outcomes.
*Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.
*Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date with our evolving services to deliver the best value to our clients.
Key Skills
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Experience in B2B sales or a related field is a plus, but not essential.
*Proficiency with CRM tools and sales platforms.
*Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
*Ability to work collaboratively with teams across operations and marketing.
*Familiarity with logistics or transport services is advantageous.
