Part Time PA to Property Developer
3 days a week, 24 hours, Hybrid
Thames Ditton with parking
£35,000 to £40,000 full time salary plus 25 days holiday (pro-rata) and flexible working.
We have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, a newly established property development organisation, is seeking a dedicated and proactive PA to join their team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic Property Developer, managing their daily calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth communication flow within the organisation. You will also be responsible for assisting with property development projects, liaising with key stakeholders, and staying up to date on relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the daily calendar of the Property Developer, scheduling meetings and appointments.
*Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications.
*Support property development projects by tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
*Coordinate meetings and site visits with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
*Maintain an efficient digital filing system.
*Stay informed on local regulations and zoning laws.
*Build relationships with clients, contractors, and other professionals in the industry.
*Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents.
*Liaise with legal counsel, contractors, and consultants to handle legal matters effectively.
*Manage and maintain financial records, including invoices and receipts.
*Coordinate payments to contractors and vendors.
*Assist with monitoring cash flow and preparing tax filings.
