Job Description:
Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career with a vibrant, fast-paced industry leader? We’re currently working with a long standing client as they look to recruit a Finance Manager to join their Central Leeds based office.
The role will play a crucial part in the Management Accounts function where you will take responsibility for overseeing the preparation and review of the management accounts as well as acting as an effective Finance Business Partner, liaising with stakeholders across the business including sales, marketing, IT & Legal, as well as external clients. Budgeting, forecasting and future planning will also be key aspects of the role.
The Role: As a Finance Manager, you will:
*Lead annual budgeting and forecasting in line with business strategy.
*Support monthly revenue recognition and project performance reviews.
*Provide Profit Centre-level reporting, analysis, and business partnering.
*Ensure clear explanations of variances between budgets, forecasts, and results.
*Promote corporate governance, control, and best practices.
*Support bids, financial integration, and training as needed.
Requirements: *Part-qualified, Qualified or QBE.
*Proven experience in business partnering and working collaboratively in teams.
*Strong Microsoft Excel skills
*Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
*A proactive, organised approach and a drive to deliver results
