Finance Manager
Location: Hertford
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + Bonus

The Role As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the business. Working closely with the management team, you will ensure the organization’s financial health, compliance, and support strategic decision-making as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities *Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
*Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
*Lead financial audits, ensure tax compliance, and maintain relationships with auditors and tax advisors.
*Provide financial insights and analysis to the leadership team to guide strategic decisions.
*Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to mitigate risk.
*Manage payroll, pensions, and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
What We’re Looking For *Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
*Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or similar).
*Proven experience in a Finance Manager role, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
*Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards.
*Proficiency with financial software systems.
*Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
