Basic Salary - £35,000
OTE - £41,000 (uncapped)

Our client, busy franchised car dealership, in Northampton has the requirement for an Experienced Senior Service Advisor / Service Team Coordinator to join their successful Aftersales team.
Senior Service Advisor / Service Team Coordinator Responsibilities
As a Senior Service Advisor / Service Team Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
Assist the Service Manager with the smooth running of the Service Department.
Allocate customers to the Service Advisors on a daily basis to ensure the customer experience is of the highest quality.
Ensure all customer queries are dealt with in a polite, professional and timely manner.
Allocate Collection & Deliveries to the drivers.
Work alongside the Service Manager to deliver the departmental budgets
Delivering the highest level of customer service at all times
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
2 years Front Of House Manager, Service Team Leader or Senior Service Advisor Experience with a Franchised Dealership
Full UK Driving Licence
Remuneration & Benefits
Basic Salary up to £35,000 DOE
On Target Earnings £41,000 (uncapped)
