Job Description:
An established company is currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. The Customer Service Administrator role involves supporting the wider team through liaising with tenants and clients, booking in works and ensuring jobs are completed in a timely manner.
*Salary: Up to £28,000
*Office based
*Immediate start
Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:
*Answering incoming calls and managing the in-house email inbox
*Liaising with clients and tenants, responding to queries and issues
*Communicating with engineers to book in required works
*Ensuring works are completed within set timescales - job flow management
*Providing excellent customer service at all times
*Liaising with third party companies and partners
*Carrying out ad hoc administrative functions such as document control and electronic filing
Customer Service Administrator required skills/competencies:
*Previous experience of customer service, data and call handling desirable
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes
*Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel
