Job Description:
Our client, a global compressed air, process cooling and gas treatment specialist, provides R&D, engineering & manufacturing, sales & marketing and service & support to its customer base worldwide. The company now seeks to recruit a European Distribution Sales Manager to establish far-reaching distributorship agreements for its products across the EMEA region.
As European Distribution Sales Manager, you will:
*Develop sales of the company’s purification solutions across the EMEA region
*Identify and implement new distribution channels
*Execute strategies to increase market penetration
*Identify new potential clients
*Expand the company’s presence in new markets
*Interface with the global team to meet shared targets and objectives
*Analyse monthly results and provide performance reports
*Monitor the external sales team
*Spend 30% of your time overseas (average)
As European Distribution Sales Manager, you will need:
*Proven experience in the identification and management of a distributor network (France, Germany, Italy, Poland)
*Demonstrable experience of driving B2B sales growth within the EMEA region
*A strategic mindset
*A technical understanding of compressed air treatment products (preferable)
*Command of other European languages (preferable)
Salary & benefits:
*£85-90k
*20% bonus
*Car allowance: £6k
