Management Accountant - Hybrid - Manchester - Up to £40,000
Are you at a crossroads in your career and not sure which way to go next? This is an unique opportunity to join a company that’s scaling rapidly, offering a blend of challenge, variety, and the chance to make a real impact.
In this role, you’ll have full ownership of the P&L and balance sheet while producing end-to-end management accounts and supporting statutory reporting. You’ll work closely with the finance team and across the business to analyse revenue streams, manage international VAT and Intrastat reporting, and contribute to streamlining processes, including supporting a potential system upgrade.
This position requires someone with strong Excel skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment. Your ability to ask the right questions and take ownership of challenges will be key, as will your willingness to learn and collaborate.
You’ll be joining a business with a supportive and flexible culture, one that values hard work but also rewards its people generously. The leadership team is approachable and hands-on, creating an environment where communication flows freely, and successes are celebrated. For the right person, this role offers clear progression opportunities as the business continues to grow.
If you’re looking for a career move where you can make a tangible difference, develop your skills further, and work with a motivated team, this role could be your next step.
