Role Overview:
The Senior Data Analyst will lead a small team and work closely with cross-functional departments to deliver data-driven insights. This role requires strong expertise in analyzing financial and socio-economic data, producing reports, and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
*Analyze and report on economic trends, household finances, and financial vulnerability.
*Integrate and ensure the accuracy of financial data alongside external datasets.
*Identify and present emerging trends in debt, financial vulnerability, and socio-economic factors.
*Lead and mentor a junior data analyst, while supporting business growth and policy development.
*Work with senior stakeholders to shape strategy and influence key decisions.
Ideal Candidate:
