Job Description:
We’re thrilled to be partnering with a leading global manufacturing and design powerhouse in their search for a dynamic Product Technician to join their supportive and expanding team!
As a Production Technician, you’ll play a key role in the growth and success of the organisation, working as part of a highly skilled team to independently and collaboratively assemble, test, and refine precision components, utilising specialised tools and following detailed specifications to maintain high standards, drive improvements, and ensure exceptional quality in every task.
WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW...
*Salary: £22,308 PLUS 12.5% shift allowance
*Potential bonus scheme
*Monday - Friday
*Shift patterns: week one 6am-2pm week two 1.45pm-10.30pm
*25 days of holiday plus bank holidays

A SNAPSHOT OF THE DAY…
*Assemble and inspect precision components using specification sheets, production drawings, and work instructions to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
*Perform precise adjustments and modifications using microscopes and small hand tools, such as scalpels, for tasks like fine-tuning, grinding, deburring, and cutting to achieve required specifications.
*Record and collect data from analysers and equipment to support accurate calibration and testing.
*Identify and troubleshoot product issues, resolving errors where possible, to uphold quality standards.

*Confident, organised, and eager to learn new processes, understanding how they work and what’s needed to achieve the desired standards.
*Patient and methodical, with a knack for assembling and fine-tuning components to achieve optimal results.
*Enthusiastic about problem-solving, fault-finding, and proposing practical solutions.
*Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment, enabling you to work to high standards and follow precise designs.
*Detail-oriented, with a passion for maintaining a tidy and organised workspace.
*Enjoys collaborating with a motivated production team, driving continuous improvement, and achieving targets.
While prior experience in these areas is beneficial, we welcome those keen to learn and contribute to a growing company. Comprehensive training is provided.
