The Role *As a Junior Property Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of operations. Your responsibilities will include:
*Processing reports, invoices, and inspections using bespoke systems.
*Diary management for external employees.
*Inputting data into the company CRM system.
*Assisting with the management of vacant and tenanted properties.
*Instructing tradespeople nationwide to carry out necessary repairs.
*Liaising with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and resolution.
About You *Demonstrates high accuracy and strong attention to detail.
*Has excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*Shows exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Can adapt to changing priorities with ease.
*This is an ideal first job for someone eager to learn and grow in a professional environment.
The Package *Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
*£21,000 - £23,000 DOE
*20 days + bank holidays
