Job Description:
Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dedicated HR Operations Coordinator to join one of our global, law firm clients on a twelve month fixed-term contract basis at their London office on a hybrid working basis. The focus of the role will be to support our clients HR department by ensuring seamless HR operations across their London, Paris, Brussels, and Riyadh offices. This role is offering a competitive salary, and offers an opportunity for an enthusiastic HR professional to work in one of London’s growing law firms.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the HR Operations inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
*Maintain and audit the firm’s database, ensuring data integrity.
*Provide training and support for database users.
*Coordinate international transfers and secondments.
*Handle payroll updates and monthly reconciliations.
*Assist with general administration and project support.
