Job Description:
Title: GIS Technical Support Analyst
Location: Liverpool, Hybrid
Salary: £25K + Benefits
Excellent position available for a GIS Technical Support Analyst to join a leading GIS consultancy based in Liverpool that deliver and support integrated solutions across a wide range of industries from utility and infrastructure sectors, environmental services, local and central government.
Skills and Experience required:
*1-2 Years experience in the GIS industry
*Degree in GIS, Geomatics or similar discipline
*Experience in the use of ArcGIS Pro, Desktop
*Full Driving licence
*Previous experience in providing training and technical support in a technical discipline
Desirable:
*The familiarity with relational database management systems (RDBMS) SQL Server, PostgreSQL
*Use of high accuracy GPS/GNSS equipment and GNSS data capture applications
*Familiarisation of the Android operating system
*Any development experience with Python, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS would be a distinct advantage.
