Full time, office based
Our client is a national insurance organisation who has experienced phenomenal growth throughout 2024.
Due to this growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
The role
*Support Account Managers with all client administration
*Handle customer inquiries via email, and live chat with professionalism and care.
*Provide customers with updates via email and phone
*Maintain accurate customer information by recording it accurately on their CRM
*Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the customer experience.
*Create and manage a positive experience for all customers.
*Working towards FCA regulations
The candidate
*Previous customer service / admin experience
*Strong verbal and written communication
*Understand customer needs and provide thoughtful, solution-oriented responses.
*Accuracy in managing data, and documenting interactions is key.
*Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise workload.
*Approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring a positive outcome.
*Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is highly desirable.
