Job Description:
RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY PARALEGAL, 2 + EXPERIENCE, £25,000 - £30,000 DOE, SURREY. A multi service law firm, with deep niche and sector experience, is seeking a skilled and experienced paralegal or legal assistant to provide comprehensive support to a fee earner in managing their caseload. JOB REF: 7905
•The successful paralegal will have the opportunity to support up to two experienced fee earners in managing their caseloads.
•Providing general administrative support, reviewing and verifying mortgage offers, coordinating with clients and lenders to address inquiries, managing post-completion requirements from lenders, and ensuring accurate and up to date record keeping within the case management system.
•The firm is seeking an experienced paralegal or legal assistant with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential property law.
•You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
