Job Description:
Are you passionate about delivering an exceptional service while ensuring flawless order management? Our client is looking for a Customer Centric Order Processing Specialist to join their vibrant team. In this dynamic role, you’ll handle critical tasks that drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process customer orders with precision, ensuring accurate item details and pricing.
· Utilise the JDE Oracle system and collaborate with 3PL providers for seamless delivery.
· Ensure product compliance with EU retail regulations, including EU TSD standards.
· Resolve delivery discrepancies, maintaining comprehensive internal records.
· Regularly review and update customer orders to maintain transparency and accuracy.
· Deliver outstanding customer service via multiple channels, keeping customers delighted.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and ensure compliance.
· Show adaptability by managing additional accounts when needed.
Requirements:
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proficiency in order entry and a sharp eye for detail.
· Ability to work effectively with colleagues across diverse linguistic backgrounds.
· Understanding of product barcoding and EU retail compliance.
· Competence in MS Excel and Outlook.
· Strong organisational skills and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
· GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (grades A-C).
· Bonus: Additional language skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
