Role Purpose: In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals in your territory. Your innovative approach will help promote our Paediatric Allergy and Faltering Growth category by driving advocacy and implementing clinical guidelines.
Key Activities:
*Account Management: Develop, activate, and monitor territory account plans that align with category priorities.
*Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business growth.
*Insight Monitoring: Analyze key insights, market data, and KPIs to inform strategies.
*Advocacy: Promote our product portfolio by understanding clinical guidelines and stakeholder needs.
*KOL Engagement: Manage and mobilize Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and commercial advocates through symposiums and educational events.
*Field Engagement: Spend 3-4 days per week meeting with healthcare professionals in your territory.
Key skills required for this role include:
*Partnership Approach: Ability to influence and negotiate effectively while advocating for healthcare products.
*Clinical or Sales Expertise: Strong clinical background or proven healthcare sales experience.
*Business Acumen: Proficient in business planning, presentation skills, and attention to detail.
