*Provide one-on-one support to students with speech and language difficulties.
*Implement personalized learning plans tailored to each student’s needs.
*Support the implementation of speech and language therapy techniques as directed by therapists or specialists.
*Collaborate with teachers to adapt and modify lesson plans to accommodate diverse communication needs.
*Assist in creating a supportive classroom environment that encourages language development.
*Track and record student progress in speech and language development.
*Act as a liaison between speech therapists, teachers, and parents/guardians, sharing updates on student progress and strategies used.
