Urgent requirement for a Residential Property Manager overseeing a Property Portfolio in the heart of Zone 1. This role is perfect for someone from a Property/ Block Management background dealing with Landlord and Tenancy matters.
Your new role
*Managing a portfolio predominantly in Mayfair and other central London locations.
*Overseeing: budgets, facilities management, dispute resolution, and complaint handling.
*Preparing compliance reports and recommended actions.
*Handling LPE1 forms, AGM’s, and meetings with leaseholders & tenants
*Supervising junior members of staff
What you’ll need to succeed
*ARLA Qualified (Level 3/4) or TPI Qualified
*4+ Years experience in Residential Property
What you’ll get in return
*Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 - Depending on Level and experience
